Third Ear Band last photo session (Vinci, July 1989).

During the third TEB return in Italy, on July 1989, Materiali Sonori managed a proper photo session of the group. Location was the Leonardo da Vinci's museum placed in Vinci, a wonderful village near Florence (in Tuscany). 
Between some da Vinci's extraordinary machines, Sweeney, Carter, Dobson e Allen posed in a very natural no-rockstar way. Here is an excerpt from the black&white photo sequence taken by photographer Lucia Baldini:

The evening of July 8th, the group played a live concert in Vinci main square after two Italian young bands - Nazca and Novalia. Apparently no recordings or photos exist from that gig. Just this nice promotional card...

    Ciao. Grazie per aver scritto.
    Credo che quella session resti una delle migliori mai organizzate... Certamente la più riuscita (in termini professionali e artistici) dell'"ultima" Third Ear Band.
    E il merito, naturalmente, è solo tuo...
